Unlisted rares are considered bulk rares.
We currently purchase unlisted foils at the same rate as non-foil cards.
Bulk buy prices are for English versions only unless otherwise noted
If you want to sell us bulk at shows please email carl@empiregamesonline.net with the subject "Bulk Sale" and we will get back to you asap. We cannot accept every box of bulk commons/uncommons at shows. Larger bulk deals need to be arranged outside of shows. Some bulk common/uncommon orders can be processed at shows but must be approved before the show to ensure we have enough room to bring the items back to the office. We always buy bulk rares at shows but larger bulk rare orders (10,000+ cards) would appreciate email notification before the show.
Bulk Commons/Uncommons from any game must be included in 3-row, 4-row, or 5-row white monster boxes!
If Bulk is not in 3-row, 4-row, or 5-row boxes we will only pay 20% of listed buy prices for your commons/uncommons!
Minimum Sell To Us order is $20.00. Buylist orders below $20.00 will be declined.
Company Check orders require a $1.00 service fee for return shipping if user does not include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with Buy Order
FAQ: Can I drop off my buy list submission? No, we are only looking to process buy list orders by mail.
FAQ: Do you really want to buy 50-100 of most items on your buy list? Yes - We will gladly purchase 50-100 of any item on our buy list if the list states we need 50-100 of the item shown.
FAQ: Why are foils not included on the buy list? This feature is under construction and will be available hopefully soon.
FAQ: I saw you were paying $X last week/show/year/etc I want that number because I "bought these cards for you" -Why are you offering your current buy price? If your intentions are to pick up cards to sell to the buy list you must fill out an order immediately to guarantee your price! Our buy list changes daily so please fill out a buy list and mail your items in asap.

Welcome to our buy list
A lot of people have asked "I clicked on your buy list link but I don't see the buy list anywhere. Are you buying at this time?" Yes we are buying. As long as the blue bar "You are currently browsing to sell us cards. Click here to return to buying cards from us." is visible above the buy list is turned on. Simply browse sets off to the left, click on search builder above to type in lots of card names to find buy list prices at once, or type card names into the search box to find the prices we are willing to pay for your item. To sell cards to us simply add items to your buy list shopping cart and check out when you are finished just as you would when placing a normal order from the site.

We are only buying English items at this time!
Please ship all items within 24 hours of receiving approval for your order and purchase tracking and/or insurance!
Please sort your items in the order they appear on the invoice for fast processing - If items are not sorted correctly a charge of $2.00 per 100 cards will be subtracted from your order.
Who pays for shipping? You, the seller are responsible for paying shipping costs and our buy list contains higher prices to help cover shipping costs. Empire Games Online//Carl McCormick assume no responsibility for buy list packages until your order is received - Package your items properly to make sure items will not be damaged during shipment! Insurance is recommended. Please ship all items USPS with Delivery Confirmation so you can track your package.
All NON-FOIL items on our buy lists are priced for slightly played versions of cards or better condition.
If you send played/heavily played cards you will not receive the ex+ or better price!
FOIL CARDS MUST BE UNUSED CONDITION! - NO BORDER WEAR OR SURFACE WEAR IS ALLOWED FOR FOILS! ANY DAMAGED FOILS WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR EXPENSE!

What do you buy?
We currently only buy Magic: The Gathering singles and dice, bulk Yu-Gi-Oh and bulk Pokemon.
How to send trading cards to us
Please sort all of your items based on the order they appear on your invoice. Small quantities of cards can be shipped to us inside a bubble mailer inside team bags with top loaders protecting cards on both sides of the bags. For large quantities of cards please ship items inside a trading card storage box which you can purchase at most of your local gaming stores (not an empty booster box.)If there is empty space in the box you can use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, newspaper, or something of that nature to fill in the empty space.
All trading card buy prices are for slightly played (EX+ or better condition cards)

How and when will I be paid?
Paypal, Company Check, or store credit are all options for you to choose from. Buyer may send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for Check/Money Order payments, if buyer chooses to not send a SASE then a $1.00 processing fee is required for orders paid for with check/money order due to cost of shipping and checks/money orders.
Payment Schedule
Does payment schedule mean you're going broke? No - This means we are very busy and your order may take a bit of time to grade, we may be out of town due to an increased travel schedule at both shows and store appointments or we may need an extra day to transfer funds to paypal if we get $10,000 in paypal payment requests in the same week or so... We're still paying faster than a lot of other vendors!

Store credit is issued as soon as items are received as long as we're not at a show or out of town (usually processed within 24 hours of receiving your package)
We currently offer 10% more in store credit for your non-bulk/non-supply items (single cards only.)
